Cottage Life in the Fall

Well it was a gorgeous summer and you couldn’t have asked for better weather to enjoy vacation time at a lakefront cottage in Muskoka.  We are always sad to see another great summer come and go but fall and winter are also spectacular seasons to enjoy.

The towns enjoyed a busy season with lots of people visiting the many towns and villages in the area, enjoying all that cottage country has to offer.

Fall is always a good time to search for a cottage property.  Cottage owners that are thinking about selling often list in the fall once they have finished their last summer season at the lake.  The colors are gorgeous in the fall and the weather can be absolutely beautiful.

The Muskoka Autumn Studio Tour is coming up and a great way to spend a weekend driving around the area and looking at the work of the many artisans in the area.
