Well Spring has finally arrived in Muskoka and I am sure glad winter is finally over. This winter was brutally cold and long. The cottage market has been slow starting this year. The snow stayed so long that access to many properties was difficult until this last couple of days and many sellers were and still are waiting to get their cottages ready for sale now that nice weather is here.
